I own a couple of small homes that I like to rent out to college teenagers or young families! My dad typically had properties growing up and it is a nice way for me to make some extra money each month.
I have been pretty lucky with all my occupants so far and I haven’t had to put too much money into anything which is nice; About two weeks ago though, one of my occupants reached out to me that she was having concerns with her a/c unit.
She thought maybe the thermostat was not reading officially because the house was typically much warmer than it said it was on the thermostat. I came over and looked at her Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine and realized it was all actually outdated. I knew that when I obtained the home I was going to have to one afternoon replace the outdated Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine for a newer version, although I was hoping that would not happen for a couple more months. I am going to have to figure something out quickly so she does not get frustrated about this. I have tied up the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C dealer to come out and look at the machine so I can get a better idea of exactly how much this is going to cost… Like any proprietor, I just want my occupant to be cheerful. I hope that my pal and I can get this issue resolved so I don’t have to worry about it any more. I know it is going to cost a lot, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end!
