My partner plus I have lived in the same area for over forty-five years.
And my friend and I have lived in the same house for thirty years now.
It is tough to comprehend how abruptly time seems to fly by. It seems like last year that I provided birth to our first born, plus now, he is thirty-five years old. I am entirely thankful that my friend and I obtained a ranch style house because my friend and I have been able to stay in it even though my friend and I do not do well with stairs anymore. My partner has done a lot of renovations throughout the years, plus I cannot guess how much has changed since my friend and I first moved into the house. Unfortunately, one thing that has not changed is our air conditioning system situation. My pal and I do not have any type of air conditioning system in our house except for the three window units that my friend and I have spread throughout the house. I told my partner years ago that I would entirely like to instal a central air system in our home, plus he thought it was a great idea. My pal and I never ended up doing it. It was one of those things that my friend and I both wanted however typically kinda put on the back burner. My pal and I have had the money to do it more than 2 times throughout our house ownership, however my friend and I typically end up spending it on other “more crucial” things. I know that my friend and I could undoubtedly afford it now, so I hope to convince my partner that it would still be nice to have some great AC. I am thankful that my friend and I at least have some window units so that the house does not feel like a furnace during the summer time months, but I hope to update to central air soon.
