When we moved to my Grandparents’ house which we got from my parents as a wedding gift, we needed modern heating unit as soon as possible.

Under the influence of my parents & their trusted HVAC specialist friend, we purchased a boiler but we were not undoubtedly content with it.

We started looking for options in the HVAC products for sale hoping we’d find one that would satisfy what we felt was missing, then on our first heater repair, I was apartment so I got to talk a bit with the heating specialist & shared our thoughts about getting an additional heater but we were not sure what would be compatible! The tech told me that we could opt for a heat pump installation & make it a hybrid unit that would use what we had & an electric heat pump, but he explained that we could utilize the two depending on climatic demands & we would get the most efficient system from that. We researched how to make an electric HVAC & hybrid opportunity later & agreed it would be the best for our home. We decided to involve the HVAC serviceman in the process & got the electric heating system well installed. We also got to learn multiple energy-saving tips such as how the wireless thermostat could be used to turn on the unit depending on indoor temperatures; All we needed to do was set a number to control how the transition happens. The only thing that sounded like it would need us to keep up with heater repair was the HEPA filter change schedule which we were told not to ignore otherwise it would interfere with the efficiency of the entire system & possibly affect our energy consumption.

We installed a boiler & then wanted to have a heat pump & the hybrid opportunity of having both saved us from the confusion
