In the part where I live, the housing market is harshly competitive.

I am in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, and my fine friend and I are experiencing huge growth every single year.

That being said, you can imagine that housing is not honestly cheap. It’s honestly hard to find a rental for under $1,200 a month. It’s also honestly hard to find a property in a fine part for less than 250,000. I can tell you, neither of those figures fits into my current residing situation. I desperately needed to buy my own home, however I was finding the real estate market to be honestly difficult. If you don’t buy a cabin within the first morning that it’s on the market, you are not going to get the house. That’s why I jumped as fast as I could when my small dream cabin came up.The cabin that everything that I wanted, including an awesome sunroom on the back of the home. I was in enjoy with this naturally yet heated and ventilated outdoor space. I legitimately wanted to work out there everyday, where there was fresh air and plenty of sunshine. What I didn’t realize before I made my bid on the house, however, was that the sunroom was not well sealed or suited with air temperature control equipment. When I got into the space, I immediately started making changes. I sealed up the doors and windows to the sunroom as tightly as I could. I added a lot of insulation to the ceiling, and called out my local Heating and Air Conditioning specialist for advice on the air temperature situation. He recommended that I install a mini split ductless heating and cooling unit which would allow me to utilize the sunroom in the summer time or winter time seasons. These mornings, I am residing in the best cabin in the city. Best of all, I know I shall make a pretty penny when I decide to move.
