One of the worst things is having to upgrade lavish items.
When I have something lavish, I want to take care of it so I have it for a long time.
If I buy anything lavish you better know I am treating it like it’s my baby. Who wants to spend my money again on something just because you did not take care of it. One of the lavish things I had to upgrade was the Heating and Air Conditioning system that I have in my house. I absolutely was not sure how !much I needed to care for the system. I thought it was a system that got installed and then you could leave it. I did not think you needed to make official tune up appointments. I had left it for years and just let it run. Well, one day it stopped working. I was not sure why. I called an Heating and Air Conditioning company to ask them some questions about it. It was better for them to visit my house because then they could analyze what was going on. They told me that the system was so bad and seemed so old that it needed to be upgraded. I was shocked by this news. I did not know how I was going to be able to upgrade the system. It is actually lavish. I had no idea I needed to take care of it. I know when you do not take care of the system it can take a lot of years off of the system. From now on I will be taking fine care of the system. I do not want to have to upgrade it in a couple of years again.
