I entirely like to cook… I’ll spend hours making a recipe from scratch! The problem is, it gets entirely hot in my new dining room in our new house, especially in the winter time with the central heating system going, as much as I like to cook, I don’t like to sweat unless I am getting paid, however so, I turn the thermostat on the central heating system down when I am cooking, however someone in the property inevitably turns it back up again, really, is it so hard to just put on a sweatshirt plus socks? Especially when I am slaving over a gourmet dinner that everyone will enjoy.

  • There is no room in the dining room for a fan, unless I get my fiance to install a ceiling fan, however who puts a ceiling fan in the dining room? The dining room is just too small plus the window isn’t immense enough for a fan.

I’ve even considered putting an a/c in the window, but, of course, one wouldn’t fit either. I believe I could try a portable a/c, but, again, there is no room in the dining room. The dining room is hot in the summer time too, however it gets especially hot in the winter time with the central heating system going. I’ve decided to just beginning opening the window when I am cooking while in the winter. I don’t know if it makes the central heating system kick in more, but, at this point, I don’t care. I just don’t like being hot plus if they want to continue to appreciate their gourmet dinners, I need to cool off the dining room.
