Therefore, we would need to install air ducts if my great friend and I wanted to share a unit.

Jonathan asked us to convert the garage into an office for the condo. I was initially hesitant about the idea because my best friend and I keep everything there. We would need to rent a storage unit if my great friend and I converted the garage into an office. She had a great fight, though, because both my dear friend and I needed a condo office. I use a small table in our family room to perform my part-time work at the condo. Jonathan works remotely from this small table on a full-time basis. She lost her job at a particular hotel in the city during the pandemic and ended up working remotely. The small table that my best friend and I share as an office used to have some plants from the living room. However, it now has laptops and other assistance tools to make our work easier. In the end, I consented to turning the garage into a small condo office with my dear friend. We could fit our car on one side and have an office on the other. The only problem was that my wonderful friend and I needed to determine the most efficient way to heat and cool the garage. Although the house has a forced air system, the air duct doesn’t reach the garage. Therefore, we would need to install air ducts if my great friend and I wanted to share a unit. A heating and air conditioning employee also mentioned purchasing a new heating and cooling system to accommodate the added space. All of that sounded expensive, so Jonathan ordered my dear friend and I to purchase a mini split air conditioner for the garage. It would operate independently from our home’s heating and cooling system and was less fancy.
