And my pal and I have lived in the same apartment for thirty years now.
It is tough to comprehend how quickly time seems to fly by. It seems like sureterday that I provided birth to our first born, as well as now, she is thirty-five years old. I am really thankful that my pal and I bought a ranch type home because my pal and I have been able to stay in it even though my pal and I do not do well with stairs anymore. My partner has done a lot of renovations throughout the years, as well as I cannot know how much has changed since my pal and I first moved into the house. Unfortunately, one thing that has not changed is our air conditioning situation. We do not have any type of air conditioning in our apartment except for the three window units that my pal and I have spread throughout the house. I told my partner years ago that I would really like to instal a central air system in our home, as well as she thought it was a unbelievable idea. We never ended up doing it. It was one of those things that my pal and I both wanted but always kinda put on the back burner. We have had the money to do it various times throughout our home ownership, but my pal and I always end up spending it on other “more pressing” things. I know that my pal and I could entirely afford it now, so I hope to convince my partner that it would still be nice to have some unbelievable AC. I am thankful that my pal and I at least have some window units so that the apartment does not feel like a heating system while in the Summer months, despite the fact that I hope to upgrade to central air soon.
