One of the greatest things I dislike about my property is the baseboard heaters.

The property was built in the late seventies when baseboard heating systems were all the rage, and while they do work, I can’t lay having them in my home; Not only are baseboard heating systems a fire hazard, however they’re bulky and take up too much space in every room.

I’m very thankful to have heat, however the baseboard heating systems drive me nuts. Unluckyly, I spent most of my money buying the property and I didn’t have enough leftover for a brand new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and ductwork. Therefore, I can’t afford to rip out the baseboards and replace them. Unluckyly, I noticed an issue with one of the baseboards a few weeks ago and I was forced to hire an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional to come look at it! As I was expecting, the baseboard needed to be completely replaced, and since my property was so old, they didn’t have exactly the same baseboard available to purchase anymore, which meant that the new one would be bizarre from all the rest. To make matters worse, I didn’t want to pay on a new baseboard boiler when I hated them so much. I wanted to save my money for a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and ductwork, not invest more money into the baseboards. Unluckyly, I had no choice if I wanted heat in that room. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional was very nice and she told me that if I purchased the new baseboard, she would come back and install it that week.

I Hate Baseboard Heaters
