I would take care of the cooling first, then figure out how to heat the room later—perhaps with the help of a space heater—on a cool evening

For the longest time, my kids have been pleading with me to add a movie section. They claimed that the basement would be the ideal location for a grand movie theater. There wasn’t much going on in the basement, so this was a great idea. My great friend and I haven’t kept anything in the basement because we use the tool shed in the backyard as a storage area as well. The only problem was that I had work to do. I therefore kept putting off finishing the basement so that it could serve as a small movie theater. We intended to include a significant TV, a plush L-shaped sofa, and a snack maker. Along with painting the walls and making the area trash-proof, I also wanted to figure out the AC. Since the summers are long and hot where we live in the South, having air conditioning in the basement was essential. When the pandemic finally struck, I was working from home and had plenty of free time. As my children clung to my neck, I grabbed a few tools from the shed. I even had the appropriate paint and supplies, I just lacked the time. That was no longer an acceptable reason, so I started remodeling the room. I then visited the heating and cooling company’s website to look into the best basement cooling options. I would take care of the cooling first, then figure out how to heat the room later—perhaps with the help of a space heater—on a cool evening. Anyway, the movie theater was open for business after I ordered a ductless A/C for the basement.
