I thought it would be so simple to stroll away from my job when I was offered a buyout & early retirement. This saved me nearly 10 years worth of my life that I would have otherwise spent inside the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of the office suite. That was a major part about accepting the buyout. The offer was a sizable one since I was only losing about 5 percent of the total payout of my retirement by retiring that early. Still, leaving the lovely zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of my office was not at all simple. There was a big celebration & it was nice. Then Ed and I woke up the next morning with nothing to do & nowhere to go. Ed & got out of the central a/c of our dwelling to do some traveling initially. And on those trips, Ed and I discussed just what my good friend and I wanted to do with this current chapter in our lives. Ed and I have always been such fantastic life partners that my good friend and I decided to be dealer partners as well. That’s how Ed and I got into flipping houses. Of course, it’s not like it is on TV & Ed and I don’t do however one dwelling at a time. Still, there are several details that come along with a massive renovation that challenges are guaranteed. Ed and I had one at the end of getting our 1st dwelling done & on the market. Turned out that ductwork was not going to fit with the current residential Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. Thanks to our awesome Heating & Air Conditioning company, Ed and I were able to make a quick pivot to a ductless multi split system that saved the job.
