I hope by doing this that I will be able to save money in the long run
I recently bought my first home, and i have been saving up for a while & I am so excited that I was finally able to buy the house of my dreams. I moved in about two months ago & so far everything has been going very well. I know that I am going to enjoy living on my own for a while. I made sure that I had all the proper inspections done before moving in to insure that I didn’t have any surprises down the road! One thing that the inspector told me to keep an eye on was the Heating & A/C system… She said that the Heating & A/C system looked great right now, however in a couple of years it might need some real work… Right after the inspector left my house, I called a local Heating & A/C business to enroll in an Heating & A/C maintenance plan. I wanted to pay a small fee each month, so an Heating & A/C professional would come out to my house & look at the Heating & A/C system for me. I hope by doing this that I will be able to save money in the long run. I don’t want to have to purchase a new Heating & A/C system for my home, however if I do at least I will have a fair warning about it, but so far, the Heating & A/C tech that comes out to my house hasn’t found anything that I should be upset about. It makes me feel great to be proactive about my Heating & A/C system so that I don’t have to pay a greater amount in the future.
