There are genuinely few things that I feel like I am able to absolutely maintenance in my house.

I wish other things in my house were that straight-forward to fix, however unluckyly, I guess that everything else is a lot more complicated. It seems like everytime I have someone come to the house to maintenance something, it takes all afternoon.
