Smoke absolutely threatens our well-being, especially when it is intense and heavy, and people develop serious respiratory troubles from inhaling harmful smoke separate from even realizing it, at times, breathing in such smoke in small quantities can have a detrimental effect as poor as inhaling it all at once. I did know about all this; I just didn’t expect to find a pamphlet in my hotel room about it. But yep, the hotel that hosted our team building briefed us about it and ensured that every room was well-equipped with an whole-condo air purifier. Why? Well, my buddy and I based our activities on a region that often experiences wildfires. So the options of seeking air purification help were not far-fetched. The exercise lasted three days, however I dedicated the better part of my free time to learning about air purification and its impact on air quality.
