When my wifey and I began construction on our basement, my good friend and I knew that my good friend and I needed a source of heat and air.
My friend and I were spending a lot of money on this renovation and my good friend and I wanted to use it, which meant my good friend and I needed heat and air.
Our company told us that my good friend and I could connect our up-to-date central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system to the space, however it would not be very efficient unless my good friend and I installed a separate Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. The basement was naturally cooler than the rest of the property so the temperature control would have a hard time regulating the temperature unless there was a separate Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and temperature control. This left us confused about how to heat and cool our basement, until the company suggested a ductless mini split system. The ductless system didn’t require ductwork and it would heat and cool the space through electricity… Based on the size of our basement and the numerous rooms, my good friend and I could install three ductless units to heat and cool the entire space with ease. Our company said that my good friend and I could leave the ductless units on while my good friend and I weren’t using the space or my good friend and I could simply turn them on whenever my good friend and I needed the heat and air. This sounded like a good choice for us! To make things even better, the ductless mini split system would be cheaper than extending our existing ductwork and purchasing a separate Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. My wifey and I decided to try the ductless mini split system and if my good friend and I very didn’t like it, my good friend and I could readjust and consider a bizarre option.
