All of my friends in addition to myself easily expected that the commercial roofing company would get there at 7:00 a.m.
when the sun was up. The roofing materials had been delivered on the previous day. All of us knew that the people I was with in addition to myself could greet those folks. We knew it would take quite a while to put this new roof on the house. I knew they would need half of the money down and I was wondering why they were being late for work. A half an hour passed and then I decided to contact the person that was on the dealership card. I called three times. The person on the phone seemed to be very confused when I told her that I had an appointment with the roofing company that day. The woman looked at the schedule in addition to could not find me anywhere in the system. Even though I looked to find what I could see, it was very clear that there was not an appointment. The woman looked ahead a couple of days and found me on the next day. It’s very strange that they put the appointment in the book room but still made sure to deliver the items that we needed on time. They should not have been there a couple of days early if the work was not going to be done until the next day. It was easily a big mix-up but something that could be easily avoided.
