This person has never changed his A/C filter
I recently went on a few dates with a guy that I meant on a dating app, but at first he seemed absolutely nice and like someone I could see myself getting more drastic with. After we decided to go on our fifth date, he asked if he could make lunch for me at his apartment, then i felt comfortable with this so I said yep. It was a super warm and humid night, so I got ready in my air conditioned home and hoped that my hair would not get ruined on the automobile ride over. I blasted my A/C in the car, and got to his apartment, but when I walked in, the first thing I noticed was it was very warm and humid in his apartment. I wondered if maybe his A/C was not working, or maybe it was warm in the home because he was using the oven to cook. I started perspiring and I did not want to be a complainer despite the fact that I asked him if he could please turn the temperature control down a bit! He told me that his A/C has not been working for weeks; This seems like something you would tell your date before inviting them over for lunch. I asked him if he has called an Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation and he said no that the heat absolutely does not bother him. Well it was bothering me. I asked if he had tried all the tricks on his own like checking to see if the A/C filter needed to be changed. He looked completely confused when I said that. This person has never changed his A/C filter. He has had the home for over five years and has not once changed out his A/C filters! I was disgusted, hot, and shocked.
