I have a very outdated shed that I use for all my potting equipment, and all winter season long, I would have my plants in the spare room, with lights shining on them 10 to twelve hours every afternoon, plus I keep the room heated to seventy degrees… I collect everything I need to separate the plants plus repot them in the Spring, plus it all gets stored in the shed! Many of my best succulents plus smaller vegetable plants get sold, but I always keep some to keep the supplier growing, but then last month, I went to the shed to get out my peat pots plus succulent soil.
I noticed there was standing water on the floor plus the roof had light shining through.
A branch had come off the tree plus was sticking right through the roof. I told my spouse Sam I needed a current roof on the shed, and Sam told me it would really be cheaper to buy a more current shed, but I didn’t want to hear that. I just wanted a current roof. I had all the units I needed to replant, plus Sam and I built the shelves with tubs so I could empty the potting soil into them plus not waste any of it. Sam told me he was going to call the roofers plus see what it would cost to put a current roof on the shed. If he made that statement, I knew Sam was considering the current roof. It was a small roof, plus I was sure I could spend enough money for it with the money I paid for it with the profits I make from my plants.
